1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BillBoss app or website, operated by Zapnity Services OPC Private Limited ("BillBoss", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

BillBoss provides mobile recharge and DTH recharge services. Zapnity Services OPC Private Limited is an Authorized BBPS Agent Institution, listed on Bharat Connect, and processes transactions through BBPS-backed payment infrastructure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information (mobile number, recharge amount, operator details) and are responsible for verifying these details before confirming any transaction.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through our integrated, BBPS-backed payment gateway. Transaction confirmations will be shared via the app and/or SMS/email.

6. Authorized BBPS Agent Disclaimer

Zapnity Services OPC Private Limited acts as an Authorized BBPS Agent Institution for the purpose of facilitating bill payment and recharge transactions in accordance with BBPS/NPCI guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

BillBoss and Zapnity Services OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by third-party networks, operators, payment gateways, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the transaction amount in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
